What types of problems can you solve?

The problems that Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning can solve are virtually infinite. AI has been successfully able to reduce energy consumption in electrical motors, heating and cooling systems, evaluate customer trends and predict what they want before they tell you, categorize images, look for hidden and latent details in images, sound, and data streams, process in near real-time extremely large quantities of data, stabilize aircraft, reduce vibration, and improve nearly any quantitative process.

We pride ourselves on being an agile company, who will take on a project as small as from a graduating student, or professor, to as large as a Fortune 500 company, or military focused project. How much do you charge?

Machine learning is highly sought after today, and computer scientists, programmers, and engineers with knowledge of how to successfully implement it, are hard to come by. We quote each project individually, and can perform tests on how successful we predict each outcome will be. Project costs are usually much lower than our clients anticipate, and the improvements in their business models by reducing expenses, increasing revenues, or doing the “impossible” with a new project, far outweigh any initial development costs historically.

Where do you buy your computer time from?

We have in-house tensor processing units at our disposal, as well as have designed, built, and use our own equipment on a regular basis. For larger projects, requiring training of very large models or testing new models rapidly that exceed our capabilities, we have a list of outside firms we can buy reasonable computer time from, however the cost is generally slightly higher than performing the calculations in-house.

The good news is, you and your company do not have to tell us what you need – we will assist you with trying out multiple methods and algorithms until we find the best fit for your project. All of these wonderful acronyms are types of machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques and models. Most of these pertain to specific arrangements of the mathematical models, and their relationships in how they are connected. We will have our engineers, computer scientists, and programmers discuss, try out, and select the type of machine learning methods and models that yield the best results, and function for your project; each algorithm has its own special capability, and there is no single “best” method to accomplish every task.
